Mission Statement

Monsignor Thomas Fryar is vicar general and vicar for clergy and seminarians, 303-715-3197. The Vicariate for Clergy and Seminarians also includes the Vocations Department and Continuing Education of Priests and the Diaconate.

The vicar assists the archbishop in matters pertaining to the assignment, welfare and spiritual development of priests, deacons and seminarians.

He is also a liaison for the archbishop with the Priests' Retirement Committee and the Presbyteral Council.

This office is also responsible for the implementing of recommendations from these groups which are accepted and promulgated by the archbishop.
